I’ve finished this book and I want to go right back to page one and read it again.  The sense of setting is so strong that the island became real to me, as did Jubilee’s struggle.  I loved that there were so many positive adults in her young life and I loved that Jubilee learns to think of others in such a natural and meaningful way.
